Hello and welcome to the online home of  William Smithers.  I am a woodworker and turner located in northern New York.  I craft custom furniture and a variety of wood turnings.  Each piece that I  produce is a unique, one of a kind, item.

A note on the galleries:  There are two gallery links, one is a gallery set up to use a new plugin called Silverlight and the other is a traditional gallery.  In order to view the Interactive Gallery you must install the Silverlight plugin, just click on the Interactive link and it will automatically ask if you would like to install it.
